This Acceptable Use Policy document, including the following list of Prohibited Activities, is an integral part of your agreement with BookmarkMyWebsite.com. If you engage in any of the activities prohibited by this AUP document, BookmarkMyWebsite.com may suspend or terminate your account. BookmarkMyWebsite.com Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") for BookmarkMyWebsite.com's Services is designed to help protect BookmarkMyWebsite.com, BookmarkMyWebsite.com's customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by BookmarkMyWebsite.com. BookmarkMyWebsite.com reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting at https://bookmarkmywebsite.com.

Prohibited Uses of BookmarkMyWebsite.com's Systems and Services:

2. Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE", "spam"). The sending of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email through BookmarkMyWebsite.com's servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertising a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on BookmarkMyWebsite.com's servers, is prohibited. BookmarkMyWebsite.com's accounts or services may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider.
3. Collection of personal data. Using the Services to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.
4. Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks.
5. Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or persons listed in/on BookmarkMyWebsite.com.
6. Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., "cracking").
7. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.
8. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any BookmarkMyWebsite.com's customers or end-users by any means or device.
9. Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other user whether on the BookmarkMyWebsite.com network or on another providers network.
10. Using BookmarkMyWebsite.com's Services to interfere with the use of the BookmarkMyWebsite.com network by other customers or authorized users.
11. No portion of this web site, including but not limited to any component, trademark, logo or graphic design, may be copied, duplicated, resold or otherwise used without the express written consent of Yellow Baron Graphics LLC.

Terms and Conditions for Your Order


1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your text and artwork, including your submitted materials and their inclusion in your final printed product. Therefore, please review proofs with care.
2. Due to variations in the printing process, including but not limited to limitations of gang printing and variability in inks and papers, we do not guarantee color matching. Color rendering varies across computers, monitors, and RGB and CMYK translations. Product images shown on this web site are approximations of final printed colors and should not be interpreted to be exact colors that will be printed. We do not guarantee color matching for artwork you submit for inclusion in your final product.
3. Turnaround times and expected delivery dates are not guaranteed. Anticipated or estimated delivery may be delayed due to equipment malfunctions, inclement weather, unexpected delays by the delivery service provider, or other reasons. Any estimate of turnaround/delivery time starts after proofs have been reviewed and payment of funds, and their availability, is verified. Turnaround time refers to normal business days, exclusive of holidays and weekends. Prompt payment and prompt approval of proofs is encouraged to optimize turnaround time.
4. Payment in advance, and verification of funds availability, is required before your order will be processed and printed. There can be no refunds once work has begun, and no partial refunds for work not completed.
5. All materials we create to prepare and produce your bookmark are property of Yellow Baron Graphics LLC. We reserve the right to distribute free samples of your bookmark, and we reserve the right to allow suppliers (such as printing service providers) to also distribute free samples of your bookmark.
6. All Bookmark designs at BookmarkMyWebsite.com are copyrighted © Yellow Baron Graphics LLC, all rights reserved. No transfer of copyright ownership, or of any other right to print, copy, distribute or modify these designs, express or implied, is conveyed through an agreement to purchase our printed Bookmarks. Purchased Bookmarks may be freely distributed to publicize, market or advertise your business or organization, but may not be resold without the express, written approval and agreement of Yellow Baron Graphics LLC.
7. You certify that you own the rights to use any and all images you supply to be reproduced on your bookmark.
8. We will rectify errors we make only to the extent of reprinting, and allowable damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed. No warranty is made as to the suitability of our bookmarks for any particular purpose, or for effectiveness in regard to any particular use. You agree that in no instance will Yellow Baron Graphics LLC, and/or its wholly owned BookmarkMyWebsite.com service, be held liable for loss of business or implied damages, consequential or otherwise.
9. All risk of loss and title transfers to you upon delivery of purchased items to the contracted carrier.
10. Though efforts have been made to provide a reasonable level of security for data entered into this web site and maintained herein, no warranty is made concerning the safety, security and integrity of said information.
